Overview
Harmony Medical Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Events Coordinator** to support the planning and execution of educational, community, and corporate events across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage medical education programs, study clubs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Organize event logistics, registrations, venues, suppliers, and promotional materials.
- Liaise with speakers, partners, schools, corporate clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth event execution and a positive attendee experience.
- Prepare event reports and track attendance and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Healthcare experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
