Sales support and customer service
- Prepare, process, and follow up on quotations and proposals; maintain accurate customer databases and protect data confidentiality.
- Act as the primary client contact, respond professionally to inquiries, build relationships, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up after sales to check customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, coordinating with finance to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and logistics to meet customer requirements; schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance; prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Monitor industry and competitor activity and share market insights with management.
- Support sales strategy, marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Two years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
- One year of sales coordinator or related experience is listed as preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently or with a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong MS Office proficiency; product knowledge and Oracle ERP are also listed.
Pay and employment
- Full-time role paying AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Work location
- In-person work in Abu Dhabi.
