Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Log all customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer complaints and feedback to inform service improvements.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related queries.
  • Assist in identifying trends in customer issues to help improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback for product development.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience using customer service software or CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques for technical support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
