WE'RE HIRING! – Senior Customer Service Agent Female (Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Senior Customer Service Agent (Sales)** to join our growing team in Dubai.

You will handle customer inquiries, promote credit and financial services, and help clients manage repayments or debt restructuring.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales and customer support
  • Promote financial products & close leads
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Accurately update customer records in CRM
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve complaints

Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of experience** in **Customer Service / Sales** (preferably in finance or credit)
  • Strong English communication (Arabic is a plus)
  • Target-driven, team player, and confident negotiator
  • Familiar with UAE credit management practices is a bonus
  • Basic computer & CRM software skills
