- Field LIVE assistance calls from participating clients Nationwide
- De-escalate conflicts and provide reassurance
- Contact local Emergency Service, as necessary
- Data entry
- Monitoring of CC-TV
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to pass standard background checks & drug testing
- Possess strong & effective written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Well-spoken
- Ability to multi-task while remaining neutral, calm, & focused under pressure
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service-related job field/environment
- Ability to effectively work in office effectively in a team environment
- Ability to take overtime, if needed
