Security Project Manager
Role Overview
The Security Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated security projects.
This individual will maintain full ownership of project planning, financial performance, scheduling, manpower coordination, subcontractor management, procurement, installation oversight, commissioning, and project closeout.
This role is NOT a fit if your experience is mainly in IT infrastructure or network administration (routing, switching, servers, or help desk), or in project management outside the low voltage and construction industry.
Those are valuable skills, but they are not what this position needs.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong financial acumen, excellent customer relationship skills, and a successful track record of delivering complex security projects on time and within budget.
This role is a fit if you have worked on the contractor side of low voltage projects and know how a job moves from bid to closeout: submittals, purchase orders, permits, inspections, and billing.
Understanding of project lifecycle of a traditional LV project is a plus!
