Customer Service Officer - Tamheer
About This Role
Job Objective:
Responsible for undertaking analysis, evaluating customer inquiries and needs, by coordinating with relevant parties involved in case of reimbursement to maintain customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages shipment claims and tracking in line with project plans
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders by coordinating with stations and departments to resolve lost or damaged cargo cases
- Maintain accurate system records, and ensure timely customer reimbursement and case closure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
