Overview

  • A Day in the Life
  • As an Intern, you will join the Customer Care & Order Operations team in Saudi Arabia and gain hands-on experience in managing customer orders and ensuring high service quality.
  • You will support daily operations, interact with internal teams, and learn how to handle order processing in SAP systems.
  • This internship will give you exposure to real business operations and help you build strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Internship details:
  • Start date: 1st August 2026

• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Support processing of customer orders in SAP and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in monitoring order status and following up with internal stakeholders until delivery
  • Help handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order progress
  • Support coordination with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
  • Assist in resolving basic order issues (blocks, delays, discrepancies) under supervision
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities related to order management

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level) with strong communication skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Would be a plus:
  • Experience using SAP
