Customer Service Executive - Sea Freight Exports

Overview

• We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** for our **Sea Freight** department in **Jebel Ali**:
• What you’ll do:
• Be the voice of our customers – manage ocean exports smoothly.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines & internal teams like a pro.
• Maintain prompt, precise, & professional communication at all times.
• Ensure shipments reach their destination on time, every time!
• Create a great customer experience (because happy customers \= success).
• What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea).
• Strong knowledge of sea export processes and documentation.
• Sharp communication skills & a "get it done" attitude.
• Someone who loves logistics puzzles and solving them fast!
• Candidates who are currently in the UAE and available immediately, will be preferred.
• Office Location: Jebel Ali, U.A.E.
