Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Service Executive cum Sales** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about services and guide clients
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain client records and follow up with leads
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth service delivery
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales (visa/travel industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu/Bengali is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
