We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre.
The person will be responsible for delivering great customer service to all guests, being knowledgeable and professional in doing so.
Education
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Minimum 3 years plus of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Medical centers, clinics and Hospitals preferred
Functional Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must have knowledge in Basic Telephone Etiquette.
- Preferred knowledge in a Customer Service environment (such as attending calls, and reception's customer's flow).
- Computer literate (MS office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the Pharmacy’s flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
