About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive who is fluent in Persian (Farsi) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding services
- Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely manner

Requirements
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) is essential
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
