Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and shipment-related requests professionally.
- Communicate carrier updates, operational changes, and regulatory requirements effectively.
- Manage air export shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare and execute Air Waybills (AWB) using the Calogi system accurately.
- Maintain daily shipment records, customer details, and shipment statuses in system.
- Keep customers informed of shipment progress and promptly address their concerns.
- Liaise with airlines to monitor flight schedules and ensure timely shipment departures and arrivals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and quality service.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and air export logistics
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and shipment-related requests professionally
- Ability to communicate carrier updates, operational changes, and regulatory requirements effectively
- Ability to prepare and execute Air Waybills (AWB) using the Calogi system accurately
- Ability to maintain daily shipment records, customer details, and shipment statuses in system
