Customer Service Representative — Doha, Qatar
We are hiring a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha.
The role involves delivering high-quality support across phone, email, and chat; resolving product and service issues; processing orders and returns; and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
The ideal candidate will maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Diagnose and resolve product/service issues or escalate when needed
Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and returns accurately
Log interactions and update customer records in the CRM
Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
Provide feedback to teams to improve products and processes
Requirements

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or basic Qatari dialect is a plus
1+ year customer service experience preferred
Experience
with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office
Strong problem-solving, empathy, and time-management skills
Ability to work onsite in Doha with fl
