Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome homeowners and visitors arriving for property inspections, handovers, and move-ins.
  • Coordinate key handovers and customer appointments.
  • Escort customers to their villas or townhouses and provide property orientation.
  • Explain property features, community facilities, and handover procedures.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and support the smooth acceptance of properties.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Snagging, and Customer Service teams to ensure handover readiness.
  • Maintain records of customer visits, feedback, and handover status.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and become a trusted point of contact during the move-in phase.
