Role Responsibilities
- Transport ADAC guests safely and efficiently within the airport terminal.
- Provide passengers with information about rules, airport services, and facilities.
- Coordinate buggy transport and work with terminal stakeholders to assist passengers and resolve problems.
- Guide passengers as needed, including elderly passengers, people of determination, and children.
- Monitor lift entrapment and panic alarm processes in line with ADA SOP where required.
- Collect passenger feedback and requests to support service improvement and contract reporting.
- Support passengers during emergencies; report faults and unattended items according to SOP.
- Attend briefings, follow handover procedures, and adhere to ADA standards and procedures.

- Adhere to ADA standards, policies, processes, and procedures.
