Full Job Description
Qatar Islamic Bank is a leading Islamic financial institution offering Sharia-compliant banking solutions. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to manage client relationships and provide high-quality banking services in line with Islamic finance principles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account services, transactions, and banking inquiries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote Islamic banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with Sharia principles and banking regulations
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of experience in banking or customer service
- Knowledge of Islamic banking principles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Islamic banking or financial services
- Sales or relationship management experience
- Knowledge of financial products and compliance standards
