Customer Relationship Executive - Junior - (Pre Sales)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; understand needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
• Follow up to confirm customer requirements are met and gather feedback.
• Support sales initiatives through relevant upselling and cross-selling.
• Report on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service performance.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interior design or real estate background is preferred.
• MS Office and CRM software proficiency are an added advantage.
