Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our prestigious Luxury Goods & Jewelry company.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our discerning clientele, ensuring an exceptional and personalized customer experience that reflects the exclusivity and elegance of our brand.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury products and a passion for delivering impeccable service.

You will manage client interactions, foster long-lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth and reputation of our company by anticipating customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, a refined approach to client management, and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and our clients, managing all aspects of customer interaction with professionalism and discretion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Understand and anticipate the unique needs and preferences of each client to provide customized product recommendations and services.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey.
  • Manage client databases and maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide after-sales support to uphold the brand's standards of excellence.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury goods and jewelry to effectively communicate product benefits and maintain industry expertise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, **preferably with telecalling experience**
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-profile clients.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market trends and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
