The role focuses on appointment bookings, inquiries, and supportive communication throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm appointments, conduct follow-ups, and gather feedback after service.
- Answer inbound questions about services, availability, procedures, and protocols.
- Explain available services, offerings, and solutions.
- Record interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate scheduling with internal teams.
- Send appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, and updates by call, SMS, or email.
- Handle concerns and complaints empathetically and escalate complex issues.
- Assist with customer-handling administration, call logs, and documentation.
Candidate requirements
- Requires 1–2 or more years in telecalling, customer support, or coordination roles.
- Requires at least 1 year of healthcare or hospital experience.
- Requires excellent verbal English communication and proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Requires strong interpersonal skills, a polite customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized.
- Regional-language knowledge and familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools are advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.
