The role facilitates appointment bookings, addresses inquiries, and maintains supportive communication throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound appointment-confirmation and follow-up calls and gather feedback after service.
- Handle inbound questions about services, availability, procedures, and protocols; educate customers about offerings and solutions.
- Record interactions, follow-ups, and call outcomes in internal systems and coordinate scheduling with internal teams.
- Send appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, and updates by phone, SMS, or email.
- Handle concerns and complaints empathetically, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support customer-handling administration, call logs, and documentation.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles; at least 1 year of healthcare or hospital experience is required.
- Excellent verbal English communication; regional language knowledge is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, customer-centric approach; able to manage high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations; CRM or appointment scheduling tool familiarity is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position paying up to AED 4,500 per month.
Schedule and joining
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
