The role focuses on appointment bookings, inquiries, and supportive communication.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, conduct follow-ups, and gather post-service feedback.
- Manage inbound calls and answer questions about services, availability, procedures, and protocols.
- Educate customers about available services, offerings, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate interaction, follow-up, and call-outcome records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support scheduling.
- Send appointment reminders, payment follow-ups, and updates by call, SMS, or email.
- Handle concerns or complaints empathetically and escalate complex issues.
- Assist with customer-handling administration, call logs, and documentation.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year of healthcare or hospital experience is required.
- 1–2 or more years in telecalling, customer service, or coordination is sought.
- Excellent verbal English communication is required; regional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, customer-centric approach are sought.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is sought.
- Familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations is required.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,500 per month.
Schedule and joining
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
