Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Diagnostic Imaging, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Commercial Management, Finance, Digital Health, Innovation, or Project Management is preferred.
  • Project Management, Agile, Lean, process-improvement, or change-management training/certification is advantageous.
  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostic imaging, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, business development, complex sales, customer solutions, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience in commercial, strategic, consulting, solution-development, or project-leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex opportunities through cross-functional and matrix organizations and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience engaging clinical, technical, operational, financial, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing value propositions, business cases, commercial proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly across PACA according to customer and project requirements.
