Role overview

Lead a team of Customer Logistics Coordinators and partner with customers of the Bulk Logistics Division.

Connect customer engagement, service delivery, and operational planning to translate customer needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop coordinators in customer service, scheduling, and planning; act as the primary relationship and planning contact for key customers.
  • Develop logistics solutions and service/resource plans that balance customer commitments with operational capability, network capacity, commercial outcomes, and reliability.
  • Lead customer communication on service performance, constraints, and disruptions in a 24/7 operating environment.
  • Collaborate across commercial and operational teams on demand changes, resourcing, service impacts, retention, and growth.
  • Resolve enquiries, issues, and escalations within agreed service levels.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; use customer feedback and operational data to improve planning, order management, and communications.

About you

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations in a complex 24/7 environment, including planning, scheduling, and operational delivery.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder relationship skills, team leadership experience, analytical and problem-solving ability, and commercial judgment.
  • Proven Power BI skills building and maintaining performance dashboards and reports.
  • Understanding of safety management systems and WHS requirements; commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
