- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and account information.
- Verify data against source documents and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Review customer records and documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Retrieve and process information as required to support customer service operations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and service quality.
- Achieve performance targets, including processing a minimum of **250 transactions** within established service standards.
