Frontline branch role serving existing and prospective customers through service transactions, information, and advice on banking products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Assess customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate non-standard issues as needed.
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately and promptly.
- Explain banking solutions and processes clearly to customers.
- Support team effectiveness and keep coworkers informed about routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or at least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
Pay
- Listed pay range is $22.50–$28.33 CAD; no pay cadence is specified.
Hours
- The posting lists 18.75 hours.
