We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive
Customer Experience Associate
to help deliver smooth, positive, and memorable experiences across every stage of the customer journey.

🚀 What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Be a key contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- 📞 Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and care
- 🧩 Support customers with onboarding, setup, and product/service usage
- 🔍 Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- 📊 Monitor feedback, satisfaction levels, and customer experience trends
- 📣 Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve service delivery
- 📚 Provide guidance, education, and helpful resources to customers
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- 🔄 Support retention, renewals, and engagement initiatives
- 💡 Share insights to improve processes, products, and overall experience

- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🧠 Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- 🤝 Customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence
- 💻 Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- 📊 Ability to understand customer feedback and usage patterns
- ⏱️ Strong organizational and time management skills
- 🌐 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- 📚 Willingness to learn quickly and adapt
