Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions according to standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Determine customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and exercise discretion with confidential matters.
- Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately and on time to meet assigned goals.
- Clearly advise customers on banking solutions and processes.
- Promote team effectiveness, participate in personal performance development, and keep coworkers informed about routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage several tasks and changing priorities.
- Customer experience and communication skills, with the ability to connect calmly and courteously with different people verbally and in writing.
