Customer Excellence Specialist - UAE

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee orders from submission through final product delivery; prepare imagery feasibility studies and communicate results to customers.
• Plan satellite resources for SAR image capture and perform SAR image quality control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate with satellite operators, sales, analytics, and product software teams on issues.
• Serve as customer interface and key contact for order queries; build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
• Improve processes and documentation; report performance metrics and anomalies to management.
• Maintain product and service knowledge; serve as point of contact for APAC governmental contracts and commercial clients.
• Coordinate service training for internal and external customers; monitor order progress and resolve potential issues.
• Provide accurate KPIs to meet internal and external reporting needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer excellence or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Employment is subject to applicable security screening, including SUPO where required.

Schedule

• Shift-based work includes one weekend shift per month; there are no night shifts.

Workplace

• Hybrid work model in the UAE.
