Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Excellence Manager, located in Dubai, UAE.

The Customer Excellence Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and driving improvements in customer service delivery.

Key responsibilities

include analyzing customer feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and collaborating with internal teams to provide optimal experiences.

Building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs proactively will also be central to the role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and act upon customer feedback
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for fostering strong client relationships
  • Experience in Account Management and managing client portfolios
  • A results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer experience tools is an advantage
  • Preferred: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
