This is a full-time role located in Dubai for a Creative Director to join a growing boutique events agency.
The Creative Director will lead the agency’s creative vision across events, experiential activations, and brand experiences.
The role involves developing innovative concepts, overseeing creative execution, and ensuring all projects align with client objectives and brand standards.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, producers, designers, and technical teams to develop innovative event concepts, oversee creative output, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Events Industry
- , including experience working as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Creative role
- Proven experience developing concepts for corporate events, government events, exhibitions, conferences, luxury events, and brand activations
- Strong portfolio showcasing live event concepts, event branding, stage design, experiential campaigns, and pitch-winning presentations
- Expertise in creative strategy, event storytelling, guest journey design, and experience design
- Strong understanding of event production, AV, staging, technical requirements, and fabrication processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams including designers, 3D visualizers, content creators, and freelancers
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into commercially viable and executable event concepts
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or have significant GCC events industry experience
