About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-presented **female Customer Engagement Staff** to join our café team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for customers, engaging with them at tables/counter, and encouraging upselling to enhance their overall visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and specials
- Actively promote add-ons, combos, and upsell items to increase sales
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit
- Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent service support
- Coordinate with barista and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in customer areas
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred (for customer-facing engagement role)
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, or retail is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English and Arabic required
