Overview
**You+Baby Studio** is a well-established photography studio working with families and individuals across the GCC region.
We are known for our professional approach and the way we care for our customers throughout their journey with us.
To help us maintain this level of service, we are currently looking for a **Customer Coordinator** to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers clearly and professionally via phone, messaging platforms, and in person
- Manage appointments, confirmations, and schedule updates
- Support in resolving customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, guest relation or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers in person and over the phone
- Calm, polite, and solution-oriented approach when handling customer inquiries or concerns
