- The **Customer Care Representative** plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between Boston Scientific, its customers, and distribution partners.
- This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.
- Based in Riyadh, you will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance in all order processing and customer service activities.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Process customer orders received via **email, phone, or other channels**, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific requirements (e.g., consignment, bundled orders, returns, free-of-charge deliveries)
- Monitor the **end-to-end delivery process**, coordinating with distribution centers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Arrange and coordinate **special or urgent deliveries** when required
- Manage **invoicing activities**, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Maintain proper **documentation and filing** of orders and related records
- Handle and resolve **customer service complaints** in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to inquiries from **sales representatives, healthcare professionals (pharmacists, nurses, doctors)** regarding orders, product availability, and deliveries
- Manage and follow up on **backorders**, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure **smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution**
- Support team operations by providing **backup assistance** when required
- What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field**
- Minimum of **1 to 3 years' experience** in customer service or order-to-cash processes, ideally within **medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry**
- Experience working with **SAP** and proficiency in **Microsoft Office tools** (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly **organized** with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage **multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment**
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to **learn and develop**
- Fluent in **English and Arabic** (written and spoken)
