Responsibilities
- Handling incoming enquiries through phone, whatsapp and email
- Managing current customer's accounts
- Arranging maintenance and technical services for clients
- Coordinating with sales and technical department
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal capabilities
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
- Adaptable to technology/software
- Capable of networking and building professional relationships with potential clients
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Collaborative mindset and a team player
Requirements
- Proven work experience in call center or customer service
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred with fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
