Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and delivering exceptional support related to payment services and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Assist customers with payment-related issues and account support
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide information about company products and services
- Follow company policies, compliance, and service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, call center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluency in English, Hindi/Urdu required; Arabic is an advantage
