Role Description

The Customer Care Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The person in this role will handle daily customer interactions across phone, email, and in-person channels, responding promptly to inquiries about properties, services, and processes.

Responsibilities

include managing customer cases from initial contact through resolution, maintaining accurate records in customer systems, and coordinating with sales, operations, and property management to address requests and issues.

The Customer Care Executive will follow up on open matters, ensure service commitments are met, and contribute to customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional, and timely communication.

The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients after property purchase.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Coordinate Sales offer, Booking form, SPA signing, and other property-related documentation.
  • Assist clients with NOC requests, ownership transfers, and handover procedures.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding payment plans, receipts, statements of account (SOA), and collections.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and pending documentation.
  • Draft and send customer communications, reminders, acknowledgments, and project updates.
  • Respond to emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer portal inquiries.
  • Keep clients informed about project construction progress and important milestones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
