Customer Acquisition Executive – Business Finance (Fintech)
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Executives to join our growing fintech team. This role focuses on customer outreach to restaurant owners, offering tailored business finance and loan solutions.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing restaurant partners within our marketplace via phone and other communication channels
- Present and explain business finance products, features, and benefits clearly to potential clients
- Collect required information and documentation for loan/finance processing
- Verify customer details, assess credit profiles, and determine eligibility
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application progress
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and successful financing conversions
- Proactively source potential clients through outbound calls
- Ensure timely reporting and consistent attendance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience (preferred)
- Experience working with SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
