About the Team and Role
The training and enablement team creates learning experiences that help customers, partners, and internal teams use Kinaxis solutions effectively.
The Curriculum Developer will design training and enablement content that simplifies complex supply chain concepts and builds expertise on Kinaxis solutions.
The role works with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams across regions, including North America.
What You Will Do
- Analyze learner roles, training needs, and workflows to define learning objectives and training solutions.
- Develop e-learning, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, performance support tools, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification questions.
- Collaborate with product experts and stakeholders to validate technical content and incorporate feedback.
- Apply instructional design, adult learning, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and WCAG 2.2 AA principles.
- Manage project schedules, quality standards, deliverables, dependencies, reviews, and progress reporting.
- Own content publishing, maintenance, consistency, currency, and continuous improvement.
- Use emerging learning tools, AI-enabled content practices, and industry trends to improve learning experiences.
- Share curriculum development practices and provide constructive feedback and informal guidance to colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or comparable experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience developing curriculum, technical training, learning content, or courseware.
- Experience designing learning solutions for enterprise software or technology products.
- Strong instructional design, adult learning, assessment, and technical writing knowledge.
- Strong communication, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and interest in adopting AI tools for content development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rise 360, Camtasia, Docebo, or similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS products.
- Experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
