Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, intuitive service throughout the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation, handling luggage, unpacking, and in-room arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking.
• Manage all guest requests including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry, and special occasions.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of suites, wardrobes, and in-room details.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge for seamless service delivery.
• Arrange personalized F&B experiences and in-room dining for VIP guests.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service history.
• Support arrival and departure including in-room check-in and express check-out.
• Monitor room condition and report maintenance or quality issues.
• Promote resort services and assist with guest logistics including airport transfers and activities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience as a Butler or similar luxury guest service role in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards such as Forbes or equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly intuitive, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive guest information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera or similar is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, polished, and confident in guest-facing environments.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to exceptional personalized service.
