As a Culinary Apprentice (Commis 3), you will play an important role in supporting daily kitchen operations, learning from experienced chefs, and ensuring every dish is prepared with care, precision, and consistency.

As a Culinary Apprentice (Commis 3), you will support the culinary team by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring ingredients and dishes meet established quality standards.

Your contribution helps ensure efficient kitchen operations, supports service excellence, and creates memorable dining experiences for residents and guests.

You will work alongside experienced chefs, developing your culinary skills while contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food across our outlets and events.

From mise en place to service support, every task you perform contributes to the overall guest experience and the reputation of our culinary team.
