Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound account activity, schedule shipments and equipment, verify receiving and shipping documentation, and enter inventory data for accurate, timely product movement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, confirm orders, and provide updates on shipment schedules and inventory availability.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports, train team members on SOPs, and support quality compliance and workforce productivity with warehouse leadership.
• Coordinate with internal departments and transport teams to expedite requests, resolve issues, and close customer requirements within established timelines.

Skills and qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, plus relevant customer-service or warehousing operational experience.
• Practical knowledge of Contract Logistics, GCC import and export customs regulations, and local market service requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and hands-on experience with SAP WMS or a similar ERP system.
• Strong verbal and written English, mathematical ability for inventory reconciliation, and a proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
