  • 6-10 years’ experience developing & validating new manufacturing processes
  • Strong technical background with experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Thorough understanding of GD&T principles
  • Strong knowledge of SPC software & analysis methods
  • Lean Practitioner Level II and Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office
  • Experience with 3-D modeling tools such as SolidWorks
  • Ability to use measurement instruments/hand tools
  • Experience leading and executing FMEAs
  • Possess presentation skills to communicate both complex technical and business themes to a variety of audiences
