We are seeking a dedicated and motivated CRO & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) with proven experience in e-commerce, preferably using Shopify.
This role will focus on analysing user behaviour, improving website performance, increasing conversion rates, and implementing marketing automation strategies across multiple customer communication channels.
Key Responsibilities Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys, and website performance to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement.
Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to increase website conversions and enhance the overall user experience.
Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimise landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key conversion points.
Monitor and interpret website analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Work closely with design, marketing, and development teams to implement optimisation initiatives.
Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing through automated customer journeys.
Stay up to date with CRO, e-commerce, and marketing automation best practices and emerging technologies.
