Overview
We are looking for a passionate
CRM Specialist
to manage and execute customer relationship strategies that enhance retention, loyalty, and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in CRM tools such as
CleverTap, Braze

WebEngage.
You ll play a key role in building personalized customer journeys, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement

- Continuously review and validate data within the CRM platform to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues.
