Overview

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms).
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate remotely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
  • Support the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer information, and managing follow-up activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
  • Represent the company professionally while working remotely and maintain high standards of customer service.
