- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms).
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
- Coordinate remotely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, updating customer information, and managing follow-up activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Represent the company professionally while working remotely and maintain high standards of customer service.
