Overview

  • Travel between company branches to provide sales and operational support.
  • Transport employees safely between company accommodation and assigned retail branches according to company schedules.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good condition and report any issues promptly.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  • Promote and sell camping, hunting, outdoor, and lifestyle products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support branch teams during peak business periods and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure shelves and product displays are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Assist with inventory checks, stock transfers, and merchandise organization.
  • Monitor stock availability and report replenishment requirements.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent service standards.
  • Represent the company professionally across all branch locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management.
