Crew Member (MO, Lees Summit)

Looking for crew members who can work anytime between the hours of 6am and Midnight in a positive, high energy bakery environment. We offer a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday. We are closed Sunday. Energy, focus, and speed are necessary for success in this role. A crew member should be comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency. We work hard and have a lot of fun! Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary.

As a crew member, you will report to the Manager, or assigned Shift Lead. Your regular duties will include, but are not limited to:

? Quickly ball out freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the upcoming day?s sales.

? Work with a team to accomplish tasks.

? Frost and dress cookies to perfection.

? Assist customers and assure their satisfaction.

? Maintain a clean and well sanitized store.

? Follow company policies and procedures.

? Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business.
