Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in a clean and safe environment; resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult queries to managers.
• Follow brand standards and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Be aware of restaurant goals and targets and contribute to achieving them.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas, restock workstations, upkeep restroom and terrace areas, and complete assigned daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow uniform, grooming, and punctuality expectations and comply with food-safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Use the company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.
• Support other restaurant employees and carry out reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as a service crew member or in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service.
