Overview
- To be responsible for end-to-end management of memos, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across the organization
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and summarizing borrower profiles, financial performance, risk factors, and recommendations
- Review and verify credit documentation following Memos for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Analyze financial statements and other financial documents for the purpose of Covenant monitoring and financial updates to Credit.
- Meet the service level agreement on turnaround time, reduce and improve rework rate and process related errors to prescribed threshold and no policy related errors to ensure delivery of optimum service standards
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Risk, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth credit memo processing and resolution of queries
